[FR]: Support Rive version >=0.14.0

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the problem

Rive changed its API with the recent 0.14.0 release. The generated code for Rive file needs some adjustments.

It seems that the v0.14 is still under prerelease. We'll reevaluate once it reaches stable. Feel free to ping when it does.
