Internal error. No pressure module FLOW EZ 7000 mbar
I encountered some connections and device recognition issues with the FLOW EZ 7000mbar pressure module.
When I connect it to the pc software or even with the software I get the message: "Internal error, no pressure module"
I tried to connect the other modules and they work perfectly, as they are recognized immediately by the software. Unfortunately, I could not find any troubleshooting or error command list that describes this issue. I have tried all the methods to restart the module, however, it seems complicated.
Any suggestions ? I would appreciate it!
Thanks
Hello,
This is a hardware problem. The Flow EZ does not recognize its internal pressure sensor, which indicates that either the sensor is not working, or the module's configuration is incorrect or corrupted. Please email support (at) fluigent.com or use the website's form to discuss how to proceed to repair it.

Hello
Thank you for your reply. This info is quite useful. If you allow me to ask, what could be the cause of this issue?
Best regards
It is possible that liquid backflow into the air outlet damaged the sensor, or that some impact on the module caused the sensor to be disconnected internally. It could also be a random component failure.
