Feature request: Quality of life changes

First, Thank you very much for this awesome addon. It does a great job and so far has been the best 2D to 3D experience I've tried.

Frame alternation is good for keeping down motion blur but requires a very high refresh rate monitor to use it. Having other modes like SBS, TAB, Interlaced (native to passive displays) would be nice if it's possible to do.

Could we have more documentation on what the numpad options do? Hunt 2D vs Skip, what's that do?

Could we have a ctrl+F3/F4 for increasing or decreasing the Stereo Separation?
