Migration to UWP for Windows version & Flatpak/Snap for Linux version

Flatpak requires submission to FlatHub, which is very unlikely to happen.

Snap requires submission to Snapcraft, which is also very unlikely to happen.

I can make an AppImage instead, but need to read about it first.
