ffmpeg 2.7.2.tar is missing something!

Excuse me, when I run extract_mvs_sample.sh, it goes wrong with MV-code-release/Release/mpegflow: symbol lookup error: MV-code-release/Release/mpegflow: undefined symbol: _ZN2cv17CommandLineParser3hasERKSs. Please tell me how to solve this problem?
