IDEAS

  • Optimise away dup inc/decs inside functions
  • Use special handling for <3 RCs which are the most common ones.
  • Copy smaller values instead of using RC.
  • Use hierarchical RC - per OS-thread non-atomics RC and per OS-process atomic.
