[BUG] Sync Nodes breaks connections between Nodes in Sequential Agnetflow

Describe the bug Pressing "Sync Nodes" button in Sequential Agentflow breaks the connections

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Any Sequential Agentflow which uses Contition Node
  2. Click on 'Sync Connection'

Expected behavior Connections stay the same

  • Self hosted on Render
  • Flowise Version 2.2.5

I also encountered this; this is happening on same version flow 2.2.5

After pressing the "Sync Connection" all the connections get removed/breaks.

Agentflow V2 is now released, this should solve the issue faced in V1: https://docs.flowiseai.com/using-flowise/agentflowv2
