Can Flowise Chatbot Support Live Interaction? Integrating Real-Time Support within Flowise Chatbot
Is it possible to integrate a live chat option within Flowise chatbot where a member of our support team can engage in real-time conversations with users? Are there existing integrations or suggestions on how to implement this feature effectively?
I dont think this is possible out of the box.
In fact, IMO, the whole point of integrating a solution like this is to deploy an AI that's clever enough to handle users without needing a live person.
I find @joelket23 's question quite relevant. A robotic agent assisting a human is an appealing proposition.
Currently its not available yet, but we do plan to work on this in future. At some point, human loop is still needed.
@HenryHengZJ What will be expecting timeline for it?
