Can you provide some examples on the metrics/statistics that would be of interest?

My proposoal for suitabel metrics:
- How many clicks on the chatbot button were clicked per week / per month?
- How many conversations to the chatbot were startetd per week / per month?
- How many dialog bubbles were made to the conversation on average per week / per month?
- How many clicks on the close button were cklicked per week / per month?

Yes, these are nice. Also we should be able to:
- Track links clicked. I have in mind to have Net Promoter Score survey at the end of the conversation to measure the CX from the chat.
- Average time to answer - I think it is important in order to measure the hardware performance or API connectivity
- Average number of prompts per chat to monitor the usage
Also we can have some inspiration from BotPress dashboard:
