Notification: color bar over whole notification width (cosmetic)

Current Behavior

In the Notification node, when setting Timeout to 0, the color bar on top of the notification displays the color only at the beginning (left). The rest of the bar is a "muted" version of the color.

Expected Behavior

Please make the entire top color bar the set color when Timeout is 0.

Steps To Reproduce

In a Notification node, set Timeout to 0 and trigger a Notification.

Environment

• Dashboard version: 1.5.x
