Enable dynamic ui-template content with injection of msg.template

This has come up a few times in the past week, Dashboard 1.0 supports dynamic Templates for UI Template if a messages is received with msg.template included. We should do the same.

bumping this issue, as I'm finally migrating a rather large dashboard with several duplicate ui-template nodes and it's becoming quite tedious to copy/paste the template each time I make a change.
