Charts set to size auto use a height of 1 row

Current Behavior

In v1.26.0 and v1.27.0, if a chart is set to size auto then it is only allocated 1 row.

Expected Behavior

Size auto should use a sensible number of rows. ~~Reportedly (#1827), versions prior to 1.27 did use an appropriate number of rows.~~

Steps To Reproduce

Configure a chart with size auto.

Environment

  • Dashboard version: 1.26.0 and 1.27.0
  • Node-RED version: 4.1.0
  • Node.js version:
  • npm version:
  • Platform/OS:
  • Browser: Edge

Actually there seems to be a doubt on the linked thread about exactly what has changed, I am attempting to get to the bottom of that.

I have tested with 1.26.0 and this is not a change in 1.27.0. However the D1 charts do use a sensible height if the size is set to auto. Whether this is something that should be changed I don't know. Possibly with the pressure of other more important issues, and no-one else has noticed, as far as I know, it is best ignored. I will close this unless someone suggests otherwise.
