Feature Request - Decouple Groups from Pages so that Groups can appear on many Pages

It would be awesome to decouple Groups from Pages so that Groups can appear on many Pages

OR

To make groups linkable on other pages. I have some nice tab groups that I would like to appear on multiple pages for different people/users/usertypes without duplication.

Seems like a simple request - but I don't have any idea how destructive to the current architecture it would be... I can't find any duplicate FR.

Thanks for the suggestion - it's a great idea and agree it would be valuable. It would be somewhat destructive of current architecture but I think we could make it work. It's going to be a significant piece of work though, and not something we could commit to in the very near future.
