Dashboard got freeze after a while "Disconnected due to ping timeout"

I recently use dashboard to visualize my data with flowfuse dashboard. But there a moment that causes the dashboard got freezed for example if I open the dashboard from my phone and then left it running in background then I check it again its no longer updating the data even after refreshing the tab or even waiting a long of time, waiting for 8 hours with no update.

I realize that there is a log from my terminal when the error condition occurs

Then here is the freezed chart look like. The chart should be thin like the left one.

The thick lines looks as if the value is hopping up and down between about 45 and 245. Add a debug node showing what values are being sent to the chart.

If you view the dashboard on another device while the phone display is not updating does it continue to update?

When you refresh the tab on the phone do you see the square of dots and the Loading message before it shows the frozen chart?
