Create issues to tackle responsiveness of body of tabs visible in drawer in immersive editor

Description

This issue tracks the need to address responsiveness problems with tab content inside the drawer when viewed in the immersive Node-RED editor.

Context

This is a follow-up from PR #6234: Various tabs in the drawer have responsiveness issues that should be addressed separately. Specifically:

• General instance overview tab content responsiveness issues at various viewport sizes (Especially in drawer)

Considering this out of scope for now. Let's look at this later. I think there are various optimisations to be done across various tabs. Some smaller issues I tackle in this PR already :)
