As a FlowFuse user
I want to receive special outreach if I am considering churning
So that I can receive the value of FlowFuse that I expected when I signed up
At present, there are no mechanisms in place to predict churn, to introduce a reason to hesitate before churning, to engage with customers considering churning and offer help (like training or implementation assistance), etc.
This story is to improve that.
