As a FlowFuse Expert Assistant user

I want to be able to ask the Expert questions about my team

So that I can easily manage FlowFuse from the chat UI, speeding me up

This expansion of the FlowFuse Expert's abilities is to allow the user to ask questions about the team. For example, the user could ask questions about how many tables they have created, about the last time an instance was stopped, about a team member's permissions, etc.
