Unclear Hosted Instances search results

Current Behavior

When searching for a Hosted Instance, typing dev or node returns instances that probably shouldn't be displayed.

Expected Behavior

When searching for Hosted Instances, the search results should include only those instances whose name or application name matches the search term.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in the FlowFuse platform
2. Click Hosted Instances from the left menu bar
3. In the search bar on top of the instance's list, type dev
4. Instances like fftools or Dashboard-HMI are displayed
