Docs: Add table of statuses that a Hosted & Remote Instance can be in

Description

We have no centralised view of the different status' that a Hosted or Remote Instance can be in. Users will end up confused, and it's also difficult from a development perspective when having to consider and account for the different status options.

I went to link to a page for Hosted Instances, but we have none. As such, we should add a new "Hosted Instance" and "Remote Instance" page underneath "Using FlowFuse"
