Lots of topics leads to poor UX

Current Behavior

Due to the layout of the topic heirachy, when there are many topics, it is extremely tedius to scroll up and down to view/update the topic meta data in the inspector panel

Expected Behavior

List of topics should have own scroll OR the inspector should float

Steps To Reproduce

Add lots of topics, try using our topic inspector

@joepavitt, @Steve-Mcl, What are your opinions on completely removing the show more/less button on the topic inspector now that we'd have a functional scroll?

Asking because it's way easier to remove the functionality than to patch it and play nicely with a scrolling container.
