Create a debugging/information collector script for self-hosted environments

Description

The goal of this task is to create a script which will collect all required information about a self-hosted environment and FlowFuse platform installation - instead of asking our customers for specific information about the setup of FlowFuse, we could provide a link to script, ask for execution and send back a report. This should help us in problems investigation, shorten a time for providing solution and potentially limit frustration.

From a technical perspective:

• script should be portable
• Preferably, there should be a single script for both docker and Kubernetes installations
• should be easy to execute
