Review "Provisioning Token" workflow

Description

I'm in the process of updating our "Device Agent" documentation, and the provisioning tokens workflow seems quite dated, still relying on Remote Instances to be owned by an Instance (not the Application as we now recommend).

Want to check over this, and sanity check whether it is possible to bind these to Applications, as this will help unify our single/batch workflows.
