When deploying through the dev-ops pipeline from an instance to a device the device has a value saved in FF_INSTANCE_NAME

Current Behavior

When deploying through the dev-ops pipeline from an instance to a device the device is returning FF_INSTANCE_NAME

Expected Behavior

Devices should not have a value for the env-var 'FF_INSTANCE_NAME'.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a dev-ops pipeline with an instance on the first stage and a device on the second. Send a build from the instance to the device. You can now access FF_INSTANCE_NAME on the device, the value returned is the correct value for the instance in the prior stage.
