Adress multiple HTTP 403 responses and 404 page when logged in as a user with viewer role

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

• Calls to endpoints that have guards for certain role types should not be made
• Users with viewer roles should either not be able to click and access the applications page or access the applications page

• log in as a user with viewer role
