Add context to snapshot selection when operating pipelines

As discussed in slack. https://flowforgeworkspace.slack.com/archives/C032Q63FGG1/p1725912937395249, it was noted that there was UX friction around selecting snapshots in pipelines. During a recent webinar, I too felt frustration selecting snapshots, especially regarding lack of context and UX issues with ff-dropdown (related: #4475) ...

the list is just "the titles" - i.e. I have minimal context (cannot see who created it, cannot see the associated description, cannot see when was it created etc)

Ideally, we would present a searchable/filterable list of snapshots including context info (desc, date created, user who created it) to help the user operating the pipeline to select the correct snapshot. Any searching/filtering should include the aility to find by id, name, desc, user name.
