Improve clarity on instance status for first load

As mentioned here we're only seeing 50% of users open the editor when first signing up to FlowFuse - this should be 100%

As a quick improvement, we should better surface the status of the newly created instance when users first sign in. Often, instances are stuck in "installing" or "starting", and it's not clear to the user that this is the case, or why. They're losing trust in the platform as being slow, then leaving.

Need to gather ideas on how we could better surface this. An onboarding tour is also a very good starting point too, encouraging users to click on their instance.

I'd also posit that an onboarding tour will keep the user occupied for a bit of time, given the instance more time to get started.
