Device snapshot page not refreshing when new snapshot created

Current Behavior

On https://app.flowfuse.com/device/<deviceid>/snapshots

When a new snapshot is created the page does not update to reflect the new snapshot, when manually reloaded it shows the new snapshot

Expected Behavior

The page to refresh on new snapshot

Steps To Reproduce

• create device
• start device
• trigger new snapshot

Environment

• FlowFuse version: 2.6.1
• Node.js version: 20.x
• npm version: 10.x
• Platform/OS: Linux
• Browser: All
