Device agent to monitor entire device health, not just Node-RED stats

Description

We've gotten requests from prospective customers that it would be helpful if our device agent provided a more holistic view of device health rather than just Node-RED specific data. This would negate the need for additional device software to view device health/resources outside of Node-RED instances.

While I understand the customer's wish to use just one software, I am very skeptical about whether we should invest in a general device management approach, beside Node-RED functionalities.

Sidenote: Metrics like CPU usage could be visualized and analyzed with the help of Node-RED itself.

Any idea on the specifics here @zackwasli? What kind of "health" data are they looking for here?

I believe something like Balena where they get a full picture of device memory usage, CPU, OS, etc.

This is more of a "nice to have" feature, where they wouldn't need additional monitoring software if we had these capabilities.

Not a priority for any customers or prospective customers, just a product idea.
