Organization Hierarchy Introduction

Description

Introduction of an additional 'Organizational Hierarchy' level. This new feature will act as an intermediate layer between the 'Team' and 'Admin' levels, enabling the organization's Admin to have a more comprehensive and efficient oversight over multiple teams.

Alongside the introduction of the Organizational Hierarchy level, I also propose assigning the following features to the new level:

1. SSO configuration
2. Stack Overview for all assigned Teams
3. Template configuration
