Please check your font setting
All are Microsoft Sans Serif, the problem disappeared after changing to Microsoft YaHei UI
After checking, Microsoft Sans Serif does not have Chinese fonts, maybe there is something wrong with the fallback font
After using the "Reset" function, I changed it to "Noto Sans SC", and the font is displayed normally, but I don't remember changing it, maybe accidentally?

I think so
There was an issue in versions prior to 1.20 where the default font was set to Microsoft Sans Serif. This could have affected users who changed their system language, as the font selection depended on the OS language. If you were using a version older than 1.20, this setting might have persisted, and it's likely that the font setting was maintained even after updating.
Starting with version 1.20, the software automatically selects a more optimized font (e.g., Yahei for Chinese). In recent Windows versions, Noto Sans is prioritized. Therefore, if both Yahei and Noto Sans (which is automatically added with Windows updates) are present, Noto Sans will be given preference.

I did start 1.20.1 by updating, so maybe that caused my font settings to be the old default font.

There does seem to be a problem with fallback. As you can see, there is an incorrenct glyph. When I use other software, such as Listary, it works fine.
I don’t know why but it works in the search bar and Google search, even though I’m using the exact same font setting for them.
