BUG: 插件商店找不到了

Problem Description

升级到1.61.2后出现各种问题，首先是浏览器书签插件不能用了 #2391 ； 然后又出现无法启动的问题；没办法我就干脆重新下载，在没有配置时可以启动，把旧的配置导入又不能启动； 然后我又删了绿色版，改用安装板、也不导入旧配置，全部重新配置，这下又出现插件商店找不到的情况了……
