How do unpatch or uninstall this patch?

I tried this and it didnt work on the latest version of High Sierra. Mojave is coming soon and i dont want to run into any major problems.

How Do i clean my system of this patch?

Nope it didnt work. perhaps someone can provide a guide on how to uninstall the patch?

Execute the patch command with the parameter unpatch, but it seriously doesn't matter, it will get overridden when upgrading (did for me at least)
