"Toggle icon in title" setting causes input focus to be lost from titles when creating a new note

Describe the bug If you have the "Toggle icon in title" setting enabled, when creating a new note which matches a custom icon rule, the title input is defocused. This interrupts the default Obsidian flow where you can hit Ctrl + N and type a title without using the mouse. This is on Obsidian 1.7.4.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Define a custom icon rule
2. Create a new note in the folder matching the icon rule
3. See that focus is lost

Expected behavior The behavior should stay the same as the default Obsidian flow.

Additional context For now, I'm disabling this "Toggle icon in title" setting as it's too big of an interruption for the many notes I create with a zettelkasten flow, but I'd love to be able to use it because the icons look great there.
