Microsoft Apps/Word/Normal template broken

Changes in install.ps1 from commit eadf081e784a5d6f9948263312f9096a804e2fcc also changed the intended detection method from appdata file to registry. But this is not reflected in uninstall.ps1 or check.ps1.

Also this clearly needs to be run in user context to access the appdata folder. But then

• HKLM registry should not be writable and therefor not be a valid place for detection version storage
• And I don't think a user should be able to schedule a task as "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM", otherwise security hell let loose
