[Bug]: The switch shortcut to display/mask the lateral panel affect the surf history instead the panel

Bug Summary

Hello, I have add the F1 key to the switch lateral panel functionality. But when I hit F1, it's the history that open.

Reproduction Steps

Create a shortcut for display/mask the lateral panel hit the key

Expected Behavior

The lateral panel should open/close.

Actual Behavior

But when I hit F1, it's the history that open.
