[Bug]: リンクをクリックして新しいタブで開く際の問題

Bug Summary

サイドバーで開いているページ上でリンクをクリックして、新しいタブでリンク先のページが開かれる際に、タブのみが生成されてアドレスバーにも該当のリンクが入力されているのにも関わらずページが表示されません。 又、サイドバーではなく通常のタブでXを開いている際に、Xのタイムライン上のリンクをクリックして、そのリンクを同様に新しいタブで開こうとしても上記のケースと同じ様な症状で開かれません。

Reproduction Steps

1.サイドバーで何かサイトを開く 2.サイト上にあるリンクをクリックする ↓ 何故か新しく開かれたタブでリンク先のページが読み込まれない

Expected Behavior

リンクをクリックしてもリンク先が読み込まれない

Actual Behavior

リンクをクリックしてもリンク先が読み込まれない
