Bug Summary

Icons in the "Allow popups" window are misaligned

Reproduction Steps

1. have a website try to open a popup (https://moodle.ib-hochschule-online.de/ibfiles/technik/popup.html)
2. Use the popup preferences menu

Expected Behavior

Icons should not overlap

Actual Behavior

Icons are misaligned
