[Bug]: When I move the sidebar to the right, I can no longer adjust its width.

Bug Summary

I can adjust it when hovering the cursor over the side with the web panel, but is this the expected behavior?

Reproduction Steps

1.open side panel and sidebar. 2.i can not ajust width by pinch of sidebar left side.

Expected Behavior

it can ajust width by pinch of sidebar left side.

Actual Behavior

pinch mark not show when i hover to sidebar left side.
