[Bug]: webpage does not load completely until i hit refresh page

Bug Summary

I use a web based application that is a proprietary software. When i load the url, the structure of the page opens up but it is left blank but loads when i hit refresh. I have seen this on other firefox fork like Zen, Librewolf but waterfox does not have this.

Reproduction Steps

1. Going to the url https://myplatformtest.o9solutions.com/Kibo2# and logging in using my credentials
2. You may not be able to reproduce this issue on your side since the credentials cannot be shared

Expected Behavior

It should reload the entire page without me manually refreshing the tab

Actual Behavior

Have to hit refresh again for the data to load
