Bug Summary

The vertical tab bar was active. it was visible in the left panel. the collapse vertical tab bar feature was active. When I opened the 50MB .svg file with the floorp browser, the tab bar malfunctioned. It moved to the right side of the window. It shows in the right panel even though the show in right panel feature is disabled. I activated the horizontal tab bar. the horizontal tab didn't work either. I activated the vertical tab again. the same problem persisted.

Reproduction Steps

  1. When I opened the 50MB .svg file with the floorp browser, the tab bar malfunctioned.
  2. It moved to the right side of the window.
  3. It shows in the right panel even though the show in right panel feature is disabled.
  4. I activated the horizontal tab bar. the horizontal tab didn't work either.
  5. I activated the vertical tab again. the same problem persisted.

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't break on its own. And even if it does, changing the settings should fix it. There should also be a reset to defaults feature in the settings. There should be an option to reset to defaults for each setting heading separately. At least there should be a reset to defaults for all settings.

Actual Behavior

Read the article above.
