Bug Summary

If the setting "Close workspaces popup when selecting a Workspace" is enabled, switching Workspaces with a keyboard shortcut opens the Workspace menu even though the user never clicks on it.

Reproduction Steps

1. In Keyboard Shortcuts, add a shortcut to Open previous workspace or Open next workspace
2. Use the shortcut to switch Workspaces
3. Workspaces menu should behave as normal, not opening
4. In Workspaces, enable Close Workspaces popup when selecting a Workspace
5. Use the shortcut to switch Workspaces again
6. The Workspace menu will open without input

Expected Behavior

The Workspace menu should not open when the user uses a keyboard shortcut to switch Workspaces.

Actual Behavior

When the user uses a keyboard shortcut to switch Workspaces, the Workspace menu opens and stays open, even though it was not clicked.
