Broken mod with a workaround on SMAPI do not show broken status on stardrop anymore

After the mod compatibility list transitioned from the Stardew Valley Wiki to GitHub, SMAPI no longer displays the "broken" status for mods that have workarounds. Instead, the status tab is blank, leaving users unaware of potential issues. Interestingly, hovering over the location where an error message would typically appear changes the cursor to a hand icon, and clicking redirects to the compatibility list. However, this behavior is inconsistent and might lead to accidental use of incompatible mods.
