meili migration

Hi,

I've added a custom wanderer-search image that allows for the automatic migration of MeiliSearch.

  • backup and delete old Meili data.
  • recreate user tokens.

For future Meili releases, only the .github/workflows/release.yaml and search/dockerfile files need to be changed if no further code adaptation is required.
