configuration inside a package file

Would it be possible to put these integrations in to a package file? This would limit the amount of files that need to be touched and would make it easier to maintain. In my case most of the files don't even existed in the first place. I don't know how to put this script inside a package since it seems quite complex but I'm willing to test it and or help out in any way I can if someone can give me a hint or a skeleton on how to define this script as a package.
