This was probably fixed in [v9.13.0](https://github.com/vuejs/eslint-plugin-vue/releases/tag/v9.13.0). I'll close this issue for now, feel free to comment or open a new issue if it is not fixed.
From our side, a new PR replacing this one would be fine.

I know that I did have the same problem with the ownCloud desktop sync indicator until I changed the apt-repository and got the updated application from there. Maybe that helps...
