I'd recommend [ESLint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) with the [eslint-plugin-jsdoc](https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc) and its [`check-types`](https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc#eslint-plugin-jsdoc-rules-check-types) rule.
I think having everything in one Gruntfile is good enough for now.
I experimented a bit with this in the last weeks (actually, I am currently writing my Bachelor's Thesis about this – expect a PR in the next couple days 😉)...
