[Feature Request] Configurable/Togglable option to repair from a workbench

Simple feature request can we have the ability to enable repirs/upgrades from a workbench, via the config.

currently the anvil's durability is getting spent every time we repair again for early stage MC this can be very costly.

Repairing via workbench is not planned atm because the plugin supports repairing in the inventory as the main repair feature. Explained in #200
