[Suggestion] Overhaul permission node tree to match Sponge permission standards

With the way Sponge permissions work, economylite.admin.econ already gives all sub-permissions like economylite.admin.econ.setall and economylite.admin.econ.add. Probably worth changing this around so these commands aren't already included by the sectioned wildcard that is economylite.admin.econ.

NB: I know this can be easily addressed by economylite.admin.econ and then economylite.admin.econ.add -1, but it seems counter-intuitive to say a sub-node requires the main admin.econ node when it already gives the permission for all admin economy commands.
