Suggestion - virtual accounts show in /baltop

I think a command like "/vecon show " to toggle if a Virtual Account is shown in /baltop. would be nice

Slight bit more thought on it, "/vecon show all" would show all virtual account, or /vecon show would toggle that specific one showing

@turtledude01: Due to the way data is currently stored in EconomyLite, this is simply not possible in an efficient manner until I rewrite the data storage method. I'll be sure to keep this in mind for the next rewrite of data storage I do.
