[Feature Request][ECS] KMS on root_volume

I would appreciate the ability to encrypt "root_volume" disks through Terraform.

However, it appears that this feature is not available on the SDK side because the API is not offering the properties to specify it.

Is there any other way to directly encrypt the system root volume? (without the web console)

Or is there a plan to implement the feature on the API side?

After that, we could update the SDK and the Provider.
